By Registering an account with Street Rides or submitting and ad you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and therefore become legally bound with us. So please make sure you are happy to agree to them before hand. If you do not wish to be legally bound by these terms and conditions you may not use our website.
2 General:
Buying and Selling on Street Rides
If you are using the Street Rides website to buy or sell a ride then the follow terms and conditions apply to you: Street Rides refuse to accept any responsibility for the following:
- The security or safety of any vehicle that is advertised on the website should an incident occur during or after and advertisement is placed.
- The information provided by the seller is 100% accurate, A seller is required to add a vehicles content as part of an advertisement. As a buyer you are required to check all information and documentation is accurate and fully road legal unless otherwise stated.
- A ride bought or sold on Street Rides does not have any type of Guarantee or Warranty in connection with the Street Rides website. It is your responsibility as a buyer or seller to ensure any guarantees or warranties are fully legal and in date.
- Street Rides are in no way a part of the contract of sale. A sale of a ride can only take place between the buyer and seller of any ride listed on the Street Rides website therefore Street Rides refuses to accept resposibililty to any agreements or terms of sale agreed within this contract.
Using the Street Rides Website
As a user of Street Rides you are agreeing to use this website at your own leisure and risk. In the event of an incident occuring that could be in anyway connected with Street Rides we refuse to accept any responsibility. This includes:
- Any loss of data or software from a users computer or similar device in the unlikely event that this event should occur.
- Any Software or hardware damaging equipment found on a users computer or simular device such as a virus or spamming equipment
- Any damage occurred to a users ride subject to the Technical Advice supplied within the website. This is used as a guide and provided purely as advice and not as a mechanical repair manual.
Removal of any non relevant material
Ride listings:
Street Rides is designed to suite a niche market of modified and performance vehicles. To prevent this market changing we reserve the right to remove any advert that we feel is not relevant or suitable without prior notice. A refund may be provided at the managements discretion.
If you are unsure if the advertisement you wish to list is relevant to the website please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
Unauthorised Advertsing:
Street Rides reserve the right to remove any spam or unauthorised advertising from the website without prior notice. If you wish to advertise with us please contact our marketing department for written authorisation of advertsing. A refund may be provided at the managements discretion.
3 Nature of the Street Rides Website
Street Rides is a place for you to Buy or Sell automobiles. Details of the Items for sale and details of the sellers of these Items are, as required by law, shown on our website next to each Item. By using this site you acknowledge the contract for sale and purchase of the Item in question is exclusively a contract between yourself and the seller of that Item.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are accepting that you wish to use the website and search our database of vehicles and text information for viewing purposes only. You agree that buy using information for printing or reproduction you will be using the information for your own personal, non- commercial purpose. To be more specific you must not use the contact information provided by private advertisiers to contact them for any reason other than a general enquiry relating to the possible purchase of the vehicle by yourself.
4 Modifications to Website
We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or services available through it, including your access to it. Unless stated otherwise, any new features including new content, and/or the sale of new Items shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We also reserve the right to alter these Terms & Conditions prior to any noticed. Any member who has an active listing will be held on the original legally bound contract however upon re-listing you will be required to renew your legally bound contract with us to suit our new rules and regulations.

The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or ordering process:
- you authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website by us or our sub-contractors. If you obtain or choose to buy vechilces through our website then we may collect information about your buying behaviour and if you send us personal correspondence such as e-mails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you (together, the various purposes set out in this paragraph and all in our privacy policy shall be known as 'the Purposes'). No Linking to or Extraction of Data or Other Information from the Street Rides Site
Any linking to, deep linking to, or extraction from the Street Rides Site without the written consent of Street Rides in hard copy with original signature by a director of Street Rides is strictly prohibited.
Penalty
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing sub-paragraph 10.2 any third party contravening the provisions of sub-paragraph 10.2 shall be liable for liquidated damages to Street Rides for the aggregate of twice the value of any goods sold as a result of such unauthorised activity and all costs incurred by Street Rides whatsoever in researching and dealing with the relevant breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. Sellers Warranties
Street Rides accepts no responsibility for any items listed by a third party. We cannot be held responsible for mis-lead information or illegal documentation, as a buyer purchasing from a seller you are legally bound away from the Street Rides website and you are liable to any information you have wrongly collected.
Exclusion of Liability
We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect), however caused, even if foreseeable. In circumstances where you suffer loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of our website or its contents other than as a direct result of purchasing an Item, we accept no liability for this loss or damage (except where we have been negligent) whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of Street Rides or our servants, agents or any other person.

Street Rides as a company will only take responsibility for the advertisement of automobiles that are stored in our databases. As a buyer or seller on Street Rides you are liable for any information or documentation required by law and you are also liable for the legality of the vehicle/s in question. Street Rides will not accept responsibility for any circumstances following an advertisement of a vechile.
The content provided on the website is to be used for information purposes only and must not be copied or reproduced in any way. Any technical content found within the Street Rides website is to be used purely as a guide. Street Rides will not accept any responsibility for any further action occurred from person/s who have followed our advice.
Illegality
If any provision or term of these Terms and Conditions shall become or be declared illegal, unlawful, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be divisible from the other Terms and Conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from them.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
Causes beyond Control
Neither you nor Street Rides will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your or Street Rides' respective reasonable control.

Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide during any ordering process.
Notice will be deemed received when an e-mail is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or 3 days after the date of posting.
